We process our orders within 2 business days. After that, shipping times vary from country to country. We will keep you updated on the shipping process through e-mail. For EU orders approximately 3-5 business days, outside of the EU 6-10 business days.
We will keep you updated on the delivery of your order through email and the attached tracking number. If you haven't received your order after 12 business days, please get in touch with us via info@layonme.com with your order number included.

We take great pride in our products and the happiness of our customers. If you are not 100% happy with your LAY ON ME beach towels, you can return them within 30 days after the arrival of your beach towel.
